Q&A on Membership Intake 2018

The Start Network is opening up the option of hub-based membership to organisations based in countries where international humanitarian aid work is undertaken (as defined by the DAC list of countries eligible for Official Development Assistance or ODA).

We are issuing a call for expressions of interest (EOIs) from various stakeholders, in order to gauge which organisations might take part and where they might do so.

The new membership model aims to help Start Network decentralise and achieve its vision at a greater scale - and is a significant change from how the Network brought on new members in the past. If you have questions about our next steps for membership this year, join one of our upcoming webinar sessions which will provide an overview of the process and answer any questions you may have:

You can register for a session by clicking on the links above.

More details on our plan, including the benefits of the proposed hub membership system and who may be eligible to join, can be found here. Also available in French, Spanish, Arabic and Urdu
