As Start Network shifts to a locally-led, globally scaled network, changing mindsets is at the core of transforming the way we work and so the theme for this year's Assembly is Changing mindsets, Transforming systems.

Join us and find out how Start Network is exploring new models of risk & accountability; re-imagining our role as that of a service provider to locally-led networks; adapting our programmes to an increasingly decentralised future; and examining colonial mentalities in our ways of working and the wider humanitarian sector.
