The CBHA recently submitted to the International Development Select Committee for the inquiry into the Future of UK Development Cooperation Phase 1: Development Finance.
The submission argues that a future with increased humanitarian need will demand a re-evaluation of the NGO business model and the humanitarian system at large.
It argues that the Start Fund will help to address this issue by contributing to a more pro-active, sustainable and locally-led model for humanitarian action. Read the full submission here.
