JOIN OUR COVID-19 EXPERT GROUP

The Forecast-based Warning, Analysis and Response Network (FOREWARN) is a multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder community that brings together forecasting information providers, experts across a range of fields and experienced humanitarians to provide advice in support of operationally-sound decision making regarding how the funding could be put to greatest use.

Hazard-specific experts can support humanitarian responses by joining one of our thematic sub-groups. We are urgently seeking experts in disease, epidemiology and public health to support the Start Fund COVID-19 decision making process.

WHO CAN VOLUNTEER?

Anyone with senior level experience in disease outbreaks including epidemiologists, public health and humanitarian experts with a focus on disease.

WHAT IS THE COMMITTMENT?

The first round of decision making will take place between 6-10 April 2020, but is likely to continue. For more info, please contact Megan Lilley at megan.lilley@startprogrammes.org
