As part of the Start Network’s Transforming Surge Capacity project, research into agencies' staff wellbeing and duty of care practices is being conducted.

The aim of the research is to map the current staff approaches and practices used by agencies, as well as beyond the sector, to help inform, improve, and develop staff care good practice guidelines for the future. The research is being carried out by Justine Tordoff and Hitendra Solanki as part of the Transforming Surge Capacity project, which is led by ActionAid.

As part of this research, the researchers will be seeking the kind support of agencies Human Resources teams over the next couple of weeks in helping the researchers carry out their mapping.

In the meantime, should you require further information regarding the research, or would like to contact us directly, please feel free to email Hitendra Solanki, directly at h.solanki@actionagainsthunger.org.uk
