The Start Network will be returning in style to the annual Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference and Exhibition (DIHAD). The event, which runs from March 25-27 2014, connects humanitarian actors, governments and private sector organisations from around the world.
Following the promotion of the Start Fund at DIHAD 2013, the consortium returns this year to host a Start Network exhibition area, where member agencies will each have a booth. It is hoped that this increased presence will raise awareness of the Start Network, and bring about new opportunities for dialogue with regional humanitarian actors.
