Due Diligence Provider for Ukraine

Start Network is looking for a consultant or consultancy group to serve as our due diligence provider in Ukraine. The consultant will first review our current Tiered Due Diligence Framework to align it with the local regulatory frameworks and ensure it is understandable to local organisations. The consultant will then conduct due diligence and sanctions list vetting on local organisations and draft assessment reports (in Ukrainian and English) according to our tiered due diligence framework. We are seeking a consultant with demonstrable experience in conducting due diligence, ideally with experience in the humanitarian sector, and who is familiar with the regulatory compliance environment in Ukraine.
