Consultancy | The Independent External Evaluation of Start Fund: Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) in Start Fund Processes and Start Fund Projects
The Start Fund is seeking a consultant, or group of consultants, to undertake an evaluation of accountability to affected populations (AAP) in Start Fund responses and processes and critically consider its role as a funder of humanitarian action.
The intention is that the evaluation will produce recommendations for the Start Fund to adapt its processes to increase accountability to affected populations. Whilst this evaluation will be a chance for the Start Fund to be evaluated, it is also hoped that the evaluation findings will also be valuable to Start Network and the sector as a whole, in order to improve AAP in emergency humanitarian settings.
Interested consultants should submit a technical proposal (5 pages max), CV(s) of the proposed consultant(s), a sample of a relevant piece of work in the past, and contact details of three referees to startfundsmeal@startprogrammes.org.
