RFP | Adapting the Shape Framework

Start Network is seeking proposals from experienced service providers to support us to adapt and implement the SHAPE framework for global use and for initial use in the India Humanitarian Hub, with a focus on:

• Reviewing and aligning the SHAPE framework with Start Network’s tiered due diligence framework, while preserving its strengths-based and member-led approach to capacity strengthening.
• Designing a self-assessment toolkit and roll out methodology.
• Training Start Network team and in-country member representatives to deliver the toolkit.
• Acting as Start Network’s learning partner throughout the project.
