RFP - Impact Assessment of Start Fund Anticipation Alert - Philippines Anticipation of Disease Outbreak

Start Network is commissioning a consultant based in the Philippines to conduct an impact assessment of the Start Fund alert 850, anticipation of disease outbreak.

The impact assessment should provide understanding and learning on the implementation of the project and its effectiveness at mitigating and preventing crisis impacts. This includes the effectiveness of the interventions, analysing the technical aspect of the forecasting approach, to provide learning on the relevance of anticipatory action for secondary hazards, and to establish what worked well or less well to inform future project delivery.
