RFP | Learning Paper on Anticipatory Actions for Multiple Typhoons

Start Network is seeking proposals from experienced consultants to develop a learning paper on anticipatory actions in response to successive typhoons that impacted the Philippines in October–November 2024. This research will assess how early action interventions reduced disaster impacts compared to traditional humanitarian response, identifying key lessons, best practices, and recommendations for integrating anticipatory action into disaster risk management strategies.
