The Start Network team and Board are excited to welcome Paul Astruc, who joined the Board this month as an independent trustee, Treasurer and Chair of Start's Finance & Audit Committee.
Paul, who has British and Mauritian heritage, brings 30 years of finance, strategy and banking experience across a range of sectors and organisations - most recently as a Finance Director at Lloyds Bank. He has extensive Commercial Finance experience as well as deep expertise in corporate strategy and delivering transformational change. Paul has worked as a NED and Audit Committe Chair at Artsed and Bright Ideas Trust and advised various Charities and is passionate about supporting the humanitarian agenda.
Of his appointment to Start's Board of trustees, he says:

These are challenging and exciting times for the humanitarian aid system and I look forward to working with the Board and the Executive team to ensure the Start Network's approach drives positive change where it is needed most.
