The Disasters and Emergencies Preparedness Programme is delighted to announce its 2016 Learning Conference is now open for registrations.
The 2016 DEPP Learning Conference will take place on November 29 to December 1 in Nairobi, Kenya. Hosted by the DEPP Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning project, the conference will involve both DEPP and non-DEPP stakeholders who are part of learning processes around crisis preparedness and capacity building for national humanitarian actors.
The conference will centre on learning and reflection around activities being implemented by the DEPP projects around the world, and discussions will revolve around processes, methodologies and modalities of implementing collaborative preparedness projects as well as what works or doesn’t work in building humanitarian capacity.
If you would like to register your interest for attending the event, please submit an expression of interest, or if you have limited bandwidth you can download the form. We will aim to get back to applicants by the middle of October.
To find out more about this event, including how to submit potential learning topics to be discussed at the event (the DEPP Call for Learning), please find more details about the event.
