Sharing Knowledge and Ideas under Local Leadership - English
The Sharing Knowledge and Ideas under Local Leadership Grant provides local members with an opportunity to lead their own peer learning projects. The grant was designed to be locally led, with as few application and reporting procedures as possible, and with flexibility in design and implementation. Eight local members (that have completed tiered due diligence with Start Network) have been utilising the grant since the end of 2021. The grant is currently in the pilot phase.

Start Network undertook Learning Journal calls on a monthly basis with members accessing the Sharing Knowledge and Ideas under Local Leadership grant, calls were used to understand the local members' experiences of three main topics:
- organisational learning and change
- collaboration and peer learning
- local leadership
In this two-pager, we have reflected on the experiences of local members while accessing the grant, and we present our emerging learning on common challenges, changes experienced in organisational practice, collaboration and local leadership.
