Case Study: Start Fund Pilot - Anticipation of Cyclones in Madagascar

Members of Start Network in Madagascar, together with FOREWARN Madagascar and Alliance Urgence members developed an Anticipatory Action system to anticipate tropical cyclones in the country through the Start Fund. Two anticipation alerts (579 and 582) were raised in February 2022 and a total of 7 projects were implemented across the two alerts.
