The Fund has been alerted 30 times for crises related to conflict, displacement, and influxes of refugees, 19 times for floods , and 9 times for food insecurity and drought, as well as landslides, earthquakes, and disease outbreaks. In responding to these crises,the Fund has met or exceeded all of its key performance indicators for speed, rigour and integration and has continued decentralising project selection and peer-review processes to the field level.
