Start Fund Risk Bulletin: March 2025

The Start Fund's March 2025 Risk Bulletin highlights new, emerging, or worsening situations, including climate and conflict-related emergencies, funding implications, and disease outbreaks among other humanitarian crisis. Compiled by the Start Network Anticipation and Risk Financing team, it draws on insights from research institutions, government agencies, ACAPS, global risk indexes, Start Members, partners, and media sources while excluding unchanged events and risks beyond its scope.
