RFP | Assessing Start Fund Bangladesh's Impact
Apply HereStart Network and Start Fund Bangladesh (SFB) are seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of SFB’s programme, examining its impact on vulnerable communities across Bangladesh and assessing its role within the wider humanitarian response framework.
Since its inception, SFB has provided rapid, targeted support to communities facing crises, adapting to the unique challenges of Bangladesh’s diverse and disaster-prone landscape. By analysing both the outcomes of the programme's initiatives and its influence on national humanitarian policies, this evaluation will generate evidence-based insights to enhance SFB’s operational effectiveness and guide future programme development.
Additionally, the findings are expected to inform broader humanitarian strategies, driving systemic changes that prioritize the needs of at-risk communities. Through a focused set of research questions and objectives, this project will identify successful approaches, enabling SFB to refine its practices, share valuable learnings, and foster greater resilience among vulnerable populations.
