RFP | Nepal Disaster Risk Finance: Financial Flows and Gaps Analysis

Start Network is seeking a consultant to work on a financial flow and gaps analysis for Nepal. The aim is to examine and assess the funding available to emergency responders during past disasters in-country to determine how funds were allocated, by whom, and for what purposes. 

The primary objective of this consultancy is to conduct secondary data collection and analysis to identify, at the national level, the types and amounts of financing that have been available during previous emergencies  at various stages of the Disaster (Risk) Management cycle and pre-positioned for future crises. This analysis will help identify gaps and opportunities for Start Network in Nepal within this framework.
