Start Evolves Video: Emily Montier on the Family of Financing Facilities
In May we launched a new process called Start Evolves which is an opportunity for members and others to co-design what the Start Network will look like in future in order to deliver our vision.
Start Evolves envisions four functions that are needed to support the Network's future model. In this webinar, Start Labs Programme Manager Emily Montier discusses one of those functions - a family of national financing facilities. What would be the benefits of such a structure for the humanitarian sector, and how would it work in practice?
Start Fund Innovation Manager Annemarie Poorterman also joins to discuss her experience of setting up a national Start Fund in Bangladesh - which could form the basis for the first Start Network hub at the local level.
