Start Response meta-review

In 2015-2016, the Start Network implemented three Collaborative Responses as part of its Start Response workstream. As part of the external monitoring, evaluation and learning services, independent external evaluations of all three Collaborative Responses were conducted.

Staff wellbeing and duty of care

As part of the Start Network’s Transforming Surge Capacity project, research into agencies' staff wellbeing and duty of care practices is being conducted.

European Refugee Response Independent Evaluation

<p>In 2015, the Start Network members began three collaborative responses to large-scale crises: the Central African Republic (CAR) Refugees in Cameroon Response (Cameroon); the Ebola Preparedness Programme (Guinea Bissau, Mali, Senegal and Ivory Coast); and the European Refugee Crisis (Greece, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia).</p>
